Q: Is compatible with chamberlan opener?

No, the beamUP extension kits are not compatible ANY Chamberlain garage door openers. For safety and security, we do not recommend using our extension kits on anything but beamUP garage door openers.

Q: When will this be available or is there another extension kit that is compatible?

you can get the 8' door kit which would raise the door a little short (I found the difference on a 10' door is negligible. Also, you can add chain links from a bicycle chain to lengthen the travel quite a bit as well from the 8' to match a 10' door. If you use your original rods, you can cut off one of yours to fit into the 8' set to fulfill the 10' span is you really want to.. Those are my suggestions..

Q: Is this compatible with Genie garage door openers!

Unfortunately, no the beamUP extension kits are not compatible with Genie garage door openers. These extension kits are exclusively compatible with beamUP & Guardian garage door openers.

Q: This 10' extention will fit a genie garage door opener?

This will not fit a Genie garage door opener, at least the rods will not fit. The chain part is just a bicycle chain with the ends on it basically. The rods are square and squished at the end so they will fit into each other. (M-F) I tried to get the 10' rods and the 8' rods to link together and even they will not fit together from the same company and for the same model. If you have a genie opener, you will need to get the rails from Genie to fit your model exactly... or fabricate your own for it to work. Probably not the news you were waiting for, but would hate you to make a mistake and end up with something that will not work for you.
