I bought a similar one from a hippy shop in France years and years ago, and I used to put it on my temples when I got in bed. I found it helped me sleep and I loved the smell. This is just as good and smells great, plus it’s a really cute little tin. It soothes those end-of-the-day headaches you get and I find it relaxing. Smells good. Good value for money - even though it’s tiny you don’t need a lot.

Excellentor headaches and sprains. I've been using it for over 40 years and wouldn't go past it.
