Usual Manfotto quality - Very good!
I was looking to replace the Mafrotto QR plate on my Manfrotto Befree GTX Pro tripod for a Arca Swiss compatible plate. Found this one which does the job, my only criticism and it a big one - It does NOT have the safety stop relief grooves that protect your camera from accidentally sliding off.
