Trust me on this product
I ordered one to try out- then ordered 5 more (20 pairs) for me and for my son. (just in case they stop selling this on Amazon ;p) This so beautifully meets our needs: I have progressive lenses, a bit tricky to focus depends on what you're looking at. But I don't want a frame with nose pads... And the frame of my son's glasses is a bit too big for his face, so although we had it tightened around his ears, it tends to slide down often. So this was the perfect solution!CONS:It is true that they wear out -- glue/sticky substance gets squeezed out little by little over time (shown in some of the pics in the reviews). I will try to add some more pictures next time when things can look gross. My first try, it took about 2 months to replace. 5 pairs for about $8 = about 10 months. Still not bad. But how long it will last can depends on case by case (how sweaty you are/weather is.. I suppose?)PROS:Although it gets a bit gross, it is not so noticeable honestly, and it can be replaced SO CLEAN! Don't worry about the grossness nor stickiness. It can be easily removable. **See the pictures of my second application-- looks new!I'm just jotting this down to help someone like me who could be looking for a way to adjust how the glass frames seat on your face. That's all! In our case, this truly helped us. If you can afford, try one out. I actually ordered 1.8mm and 2.5 mm -- 2.5mm was too high for me and it was really noticeable from the front. So I did not like that but I am glad I tried that...

No more slipping glasses!
So glad that I found these! About six months ago I started wearing glasses full time. I wear progressives and it's important that they "sit" in the same place on my nose for ideal vision. Unfortunately they slipped all of the time. I would get so annoyed because I was constantly having to push them back up all the time. I had originally considered those little devices that sit at the end of the arms of the glasses, but was worried that they'd interfere with my hearing aids. I also considered "Nerd Wax", but because I am a woman I didn't like the idea of a wax like substance applied to my skin or interfering with my make-up. I kept searching and found these.I am on my first pair, so I cannot say how long they will last before I need to apply the next set. That being said, I don't care because they keep my glasses from slipping and they also add a slight increase in comfort.I got the black and they were perfect for my dark tortoise shell frames.

Works well
It holds my glasses in place fairly well. I wish they lasted a little longer. They are comfortable and easy to place.

not a good grip
If you're looking for a good grip and last more than a week, find something else. But it is just my opinion. You can always try and see if it fits what you're seeking.

Game changer
These are game changers!! I have a very small nose and it's a pain to keep glasses on my face. These have been a huge help!! They don't slide off my nose anymore! The pads are super sticky and stay in place. Amazing quality, I can't even feel them there! Easy to change out old ones to new ones.

Need to be replaced too often.
I've been wearing glasses since childhood, so long that I can't remember what life is like without them. (I can't wear contacts due to an infection in my left cornea from years ago).I bought these (in black color) to remedy plastic frames that had a wide bridge that allowed my glasses to continually slip down my nose and out of proper position, While they worked well in preventing my glasses from slipping, they didn't last. The adhesive became less and less sticky by the hour, and would move on the bridge after as little as 2 days.I also ordered another brand that came individually packaged, but with only 1 pair of pads rather than 5, and those stayed in position much better and much longer than these. The 2nd brand arrived in clear material while I thought I'd ordered black. The 2nd brand recommends the pads be replaced every 2 weeks, while this brand did not recommend a time period.Comparing the 2 different brands, it seems the adhesive in one is better than the other.I'd strongly advise against these.and for the other brand.Addendum: What I've come to realize is that these have a thin cellophane-like membrane, 1 side of which sticks to the eyeglass frames, and 1 on the back side of that thin membrane, which adheres to the silicone pad itself. The weaker of the 2 is the adhesive used so that thin membrane adheres to the silicone pad. The adhesive that sticks to the frames lasted longer than the adhesive used to hold the silicone pad to the thin, clear membrane that sticks to the frames. While the pads do prevent my glasses from slipping, I haven't had a pair of pads last more than 2 days.

Works great
These work great to keep my glasses from sliding down my nose. I changed them every couple of weeks. I would recommend.

Don't stay on long
These are comfortable and easy to attach. The adhesive is very weak and I get about 3 weeks of use before the pads fall off. The pads will fall and stick on the lense, or slide up your nose and end up in your hair, or fall who-knows-where. I had to power through a day at the office once with one pad missing and my glasses crooked until I could fix it later. The packaging says that they only last 2 weeks. That is why they include a bunch of pads. I think the weak adhesive is intentional so that the seller can keep people buying replacements over and over. Well I found a work-around. I super glued a set to my glasses. MWAHAHAHAHA. It has been months and they have not fallen off. They will never fall off again. You will not get another penny of my money until I buy new glasses.
