A very solid outdoor security camera. Great build quality, easy to set up. Works almost exactly as advertised, save for the occasional false alert for motion detection. But better to be over-sensitive than not sensitive enough. This the only reason I’m not giving this camera a 5-star review, but would highly recommend it nonetheless.Excellent field of coverage - this is a 360 degree camera, after all, and the LED light is bright enough to fully illuminate a large garden. The ability to change the light temperature to warm white is also a bonus.Would be perfect if this supported facial recognition but it does a good job capturing faces and sending the photo and video to the app in near real-time.Some people would prefer having a HomeBase integration but I prefer to have a direct push alert than to have the risk of an intermediary device fail for any reason. Good security systems should minimize the number of potential points of failure, and I this is why I prefer this over the more advanced models

Our old camera became faulty and this was a great deal to replace. Easy to set up, picks up motion well and great quality. App is easy to use. Eufy processed a welcome discount because of issues with the old one which was out of warranty and it's greatly appreciated. Good customer service.

Volgt mensen, sterke lampen en geen hoofdpijn. De nieuwe versie zal nog scherper zijn, maar dit voldoet ook gewoon. 2k is wel minimum aan te raden.

Bin grundsätzlich begeistert und inzwischen Fan von Eufy, habe inzwischen 8 verschiedene Kameramodelle gekauft für Haus und Hof. Allerdings ist die 4K Bildauflösung bei Vergrößerung (z.B. zur Identifizierung von Einbrechern, Fremden etc.) indoor und vor allem outdoor mäßig, aber kein Eufy-spezifisches, sondern allgemeines Problem. Daher noch größere Bildauflösung wählen, wem es wichtig ist, im Falle einer Straftat wirklich den Täter identifizieren zu können. Empfehlenswert ist in jedem Fall wegen KI-Unterstützung bzw. -verbesserung die Anschaffung einer Eufy Homebox, v.a. bei Betrieb mehrerer Kameras und bei gewünschter Speicherung von Videomaterial. Eufy-Support ist allerdings nur bedingt hilfreich und bedingt kulant. Anfangs gab es Probleme mit falsch bestellten Kameras und der Retoure, bis sich die Mutterfirma ANKER eingeschaltet hat - diese war absolut kulant und sehr hilfreich, Retoure war überhaupt kein Problem - Top Service von ANKER. Wegen des Services von ANKER bin ich der Marke treu geblieben. Ich habe vor, weitere Kameras von dieser Marke zu kaufen und das Homenetz auszubauen. Sehr gut und verlässlich ist auch der Zugriff auf Kameras aus der Ferne, z.B. Indoorkameras bei Eltern. Auch die Tonqualität ist sehr gut. Einfache Installation mittels QR-Code und App.
