This ukulele stand is made pine and has been treated with a golden oak stain and clear gloss polyurethane. It measures 11.25" (high) by 7.25" (deep) by 6.5" (wide) and has a cradle that is 4" deep. The distance from the lower felts on the cradle to the upper felts is 8" which will accommodate all ukulele sizes (soprano shown here) as well as mandolins.
