Be careful though, you have to place the strut fairly exact or it could slip. That goes for any kind of spring compressor

This thing is awesome! I have been working on 2 of my cars that needed suspension work. Never again will I fear compressing springs with those little side clamps. This spring compressor is easy to use, safe, and quick! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone working on their own suspension.

the thing falls apart
first the hydraulic function started to fail after the first spring - all the oil just started leaking out everywhere. it can BARELY compress a 750 lbs spring.... THEN the part that holds the clamps for the spring broke right off and almost broke my head as if flew past my face into the air. DANGEROUS PRODUCT. i'm about to try to weld it back together to finally finish the lift a few years later
