Received a damaged, previously opened manufacture's package - shipped from Amazon Fulfillment
The Amazon Fulfillment Center in North Little Rock AR sent me an incomplete bi-fold door kit. The manufacturer's package had been opened and numerous parts were missing. Items missing were 2 pcs Top Pivot, 1 pc Bottom Pivot, 1 pc Slide Guide, 1 pc Door Knob and all 12 screws that should be included.Why would Amazon send out an item in such rough condition ? It's obvious this was damaged goods.Is there no Quality Control on what Amazon ships to customers ? My guess this was probably a previous return that Amazon just wanted to pawn off on someone else. And to top it off...when I go to Amazon's site to see about getting missing parts they direct me to call the vendor/manufacturer - Onward. Well I call Onward and they say Amazon stockpiles and ships these items and Onward has no control over what Amazon sends out from their "stock pile". If Amazon ships incomplete kits, Onward will not fix that, it's all on Amazon. So Amazon...please stop sending out damaged/incomplete items. And fix your site information that indicates Onward will help Customers with missing parts...they will not.

1 door hardware
Although it states hardware for 1 or 2 doors, there is no option for 2 doors. Only hardware for 1 door was included even though the 4 foot track is set up for 2 doors. Frustrating.

Getting complete hardware for 4’4 panels closet bi-fold doors
I reordered 4’ track for 4 panel bi-fold closet doors. Because hardware was not complete, received new one , the track was 4’ , but hardware was missing 2 bottom pivot brackets. I returned the track only from 1st. One -hardware. And still can’t get right, my carpenter was not happy!! So he couldn’t continue project.
