Bought for a class. Had some good info but it not something I would've bought on my own.

This book is a great read for any teacher looking for ideas to immediately implement in their classroom. I also recommend it to beginning teachers for them to have some great ideas to use right off the bat in their classroom.Dr. Iberlin does a great job of presenting each lesson consistently so I know where I am headed as well as what I will need to get there. Five stars!!

I liked this book because it is practical. The author's provide great suggestions for incorporating mindfulness into the classroom. I would recommend it.
