Very good Quinoa
Quinoa cooking takes a little bit of soaking (1-2 hours) before cooking. And it tastes better than Foxtail millet. It has germ also in the seed, which makes it more nourishing and nutritious. (Don't get scared by the germ tail that comes out after cooking. Mills usually remove that for other grains).I see the taste of this brand is fair, and is easily digestible. Appreciate the packing and cost. At 999Rs /5KG, I fee it is a good deal.
