People ask, how can one silicone earbud tip be better than another, they are just plastic with a hole in the middle? Well, it's because sound is shaped by the space it's contained in. If your earbud tips fit tightly, you will get strong, tight bass. If your tips fit loosely your bass will be weak and if they are just a bit tight your bass will be muddy sounding.If the hole in the middle is small then you will get lots of bass but very little midrange or treble. As the hole becomes larger, the midrange will increase and as the hole gets close to the width of the earbud opening, the treble will increase.If the distance between the earbud opening and the earbud tip opening is far, then this will behave as a filter with the characteristics being determined by the size of the hole but in general, treble will decrease as the distance increases. If the earbud opening is very close to the opening of the earbud tip then the sound will be neutral with no filter influences.These silicone tips fit very tightly on most earbuds in the range of 4-5 mm wide at the tip. I bought this set because the original plastic earbuds from my skull candy fell off. I still have the same replacements I used in the beginning when I got these and they are still holding up

Picture is misleading. There is no mixing of the blue a white just two halves. They are not as comfortable as the skull Candy rubbers they replaced but do have a nice tight fit upon install.

That reason is because each pair will only last you about 2.5 weeks of usage before it starts being loose like those earbuds you bought these to replace. Don't let the cool colors fool you (it fooled me), try another brand of replacement earbuds if you want ones to last long.

they fit my skull candy earphones perfectly, more importantly also fits my ear comfortably. Hoping the distinctive colour will prevent me losing more, but at least I have spares now

Product as described. Comfortable. Only issue is ear buds will not fit in charging case with the covers on. Tried trimming them but that made them too big for the stem of ear bud.

Um mit einem Makel anzufangen: das abgebildete Produktdesign (Marmorierung) entspricht nicht demjenigen, welches ich erhalten habe; die Kopfhörer sind wie bestellt in blau/ weiß geliefert worden; dabei ist je ein Hälfte eines Stöpsels vollständig weiß, die Andere blau.Davon abgesehen habe ich keine Beschwerden, das Produkt gefällt mir. Die gewählte Größe/Passform (mittel) entspricht denjenigen, die ich auch sonst verwende. Die Wirkung als Abschottung gegen Lärm von "Außen" funktioniert nicht besser oder schlechter als bei vergleichbaren Aufsätzen und entgegen einiger Kommentare habe ich keinen Verlust der Audioqualität feststellen können.Alles in allem (und zum gegebenen Preis) bin ich zufrieden.
