Works brilliantly, quick interface too!
I bought this to replace a Go-tcha Evolve, which I received from Amazon in a damaged condition where it would not charge or turn on. I had previously used a standard Go-tcha since 2019, and this had treated me very well before I lost it in an airport. The Brook variant exceeds the original Go-tcha in my estimation. Connectivity is more reliable, battery life is better and, most importantly, the device doesn't get stuck in animation loops of catching and requiring manual input when you realise your settings are incorrect. Being able to adjust on the fly while catching and spinning are on-going is absolutely great!

Dead after 6 months
This is a poor, overpriced product, which after six months is completely dead and unchargeable. It's the second I've had where this has happened. I won't be buying Brook autocatchers again.

Disconnects after about a minute
No matter what I do regarding settings and battery, this will not stay connected. My previous one worked flawlessly.Update - I had used another catcher of the same model on the phone before using this one. Forgetting the device was not enough to forget and had to delete user settings. Once done, worked perfectly.

Works well
Pros:Easy to set upWorks in secondsSpins all pokestopsCatches around 40-50% of PokémonCons:Bluetooth range is limitedNo good as a wrist based deviceI love this little device. It works as advertised and it does what it’s meant to do, really well. The catch rate is the same as all other auto catchers. So no grumbles there. The little display is a nice touch. I can see what’s happening in game and what the result of an action was, just from the icons and animations on the screen.Connection is crazily simple. And it stays connected as long as the device isn’t too far away from the phone. The Bluetooth range is short, I get disconnects after 3-4 feet which is very short. But for what it’s designed for this is fine. Some people have mentioned the device failed after a few months. I suspect that’s down to the design of the wrist strap. There are two metal charging prongs exposed at the end of the device. When putting the device in the strap, the prongs are exposed to force. I suspect this causes an issue over time. So I don’t use the strap. I put the device in my pocket in a freezer back instead, to protect it. It still works fine for me.Overall I really like this device. It works really well and automates your captures and spins when you’re out for a walk and can’t use your phone. It’s a great idea and highly recommended.

Disconnected and can’t reconnect it
The media could not be loaded. Worked great for the first few weeks I had it. Now it’s not connecting to my phone, or in the app. Have tried resetting and it doesn’t work. Struggling to find a way to constant the seller for help as all FAQ’s not providing a solution either.

Best Pokemon catcher
I had a Gotcha which was glitchy at best when it finally gave up on me I bought this product back in August 2022, It is simple to load up and easy to work no hassle of always clicking onto the app to switch for catching Pokémon or spin stops (which the Gotcha was not very good at).I bought 2 more for my daughter and her friend and they love them.We had minus 11 temperatures in December and I thought that I had lost mine, the following morning I went to my car to find it in the snow. It had a full charge when I thought I lost it, and it only lost a little of that charge being out in that temperature.I loaded up the app for the product set it up for both stop spin and catching, I have never had to go back into that app again since I have bought it. The Gotcha I was always having to go into it and re sync which was a pain.I am a daily player and the battery life lasts me 3 weeks. So worth the cost and a thumbs up from me.

Not worth it.
I must have had this for 2-3 weeks max, it worked okay during those weeks but it had a lot of disconnection issues and times where it wouldn’t even work. The silly wristband was awful, it slowly stretches out until the device it’s self just falls out. I don’t recommend and there are better options

Bought three, neither worked long
First one I bought lasted a couple months. Battery life not very good at all, even with very diligent charging methods.Bought a second one, followed instructions for charging. Two days in and it doesn’t work or charge at all. Defective already :/When they work, they work decently. Not always the most responsive but does quite well. Unfortunately seems like the ones I’ve had are badUpdate: latest one lasted 3 months

How to fix persistant connection Issue - and my review - excellent
I really like this device because is generally connects reliably and can reconnect automatically at the end of an hour. All of the catchers disconnect after 1 hour, but with this one it persists in trying to reconnect for 2-3 minutes. I just need to open the game, click the connection ball in the game and press my phone pop ups as normal, and then it continues to catch and spin as Normal.I have 1 go tcha and 1 brooks device - hardware seems identical software is different. This device connects more reliably than Go tcha and has the reconnect after 1 hr the Go tcha doesn't have. That is a very good feature. Go tcha can disconnect and there is no vibration to let me know.-------------------------------- My Phone and Game connection reset suggestions -------------------Resetting Phone or GAMETo fix my connection issues, I usually have to do number 3 on my phone. I never needed 1, 2 or 4.These are not the fault of the catching device.1. Restart the game.2. Remove the device in pokemon go, ensure it is gone from the bluetooth setting. Re-attach the device in pokemon go.3. After pokemon updates the game won't connect to either device. I figure old broken code is still in the game so I reinstall the game at home now after every pokemon update. (my most frequent problem)4. Restart the phoneResetting the Brooks device itselfFor the first time the device needed resetting after 5 months. This is better than my go tcha does. The reset for the device is not in the online manual or in the manual in box, I did finally find a link to a youtube video that I followed.-------------------------------- Brooks Support Auto Catch Reset Video -------------------------Look on you tube for "How to reset Reviver Dia Plus" it works for all the brooks auto catch devices. I wrote down these following instructions for myself as it took me a few tries to get this done correctly. This will fix the connection issues.-------------------------------- My Brooks Auto Catch Reset steps -------------------------------Prep 1. Remove auto catcher USB Charger from power 2. Put auto catcher into USB Charger cable 3. Prepare to put Cable into the charge ( because you need to see the face of the device while you insert )One Time Steps 1. Push once to turn on auto catcher 2. You now push then HOLD the brooks power button until "Brooks" with sparkles shows upRepeat - 3 times - no need to count ? Power indicators show -> plug it in ? Power indicators show -> plug outEach time the power indicators show either plug it in or unplug it - it will show the Brooks with Sparkles before the power indicators show up on the third cycle.Just keep repeating plugging in or plug out each time power indicators start to show. The power indicators flashes 3 or 4 times so just plug in or out when you see the power indicators, don't wait and don't hurry, you have enough time. The auto catcher goes black for 2-3 seconds on the third cycle then the sparkles show up. If too slow you will see: • one of pokemon catch settings • the device will be blank for 5 secondsI really screwed it up when testing a couple of times and both times the device suddenly reset on the first cycle of my next try.I can't get it right every time but it's not that bad even for me, an old dude with dubious vision.I really like seeing the brooks with sparkles as then I absolutely know the device has been reset.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- It is fairly easy to click the device and possibly mess up the catch or spin setting. ---Look to see if your settings are all correct using the device manual. If the catch and spin settings look correct but it is not working then do the device reset as I described and watch the brooks support video as well to get the hang of it.

would recommend, works as advertised!
i am an extremely skeptical person when buying things online. if something is not 100% up to my (very high) expectations, i’d say so.with that being said, i LOVE this autocatcher. it was easy to pair up, easy to charge, works as intended (it catches pokemon automatically using pokeballs, as well as auto spins pokestops AND gym pokestops!) and surprisingly well-made.the only complaints i have is the short length of the charging cable (only about 4 inches!) and the bracelet you’re meant to wear it in. every time i put the device in i feel like i’m gonna break it 😭i use this when out on bike rides and it’s seriously a game changer. no constant button pressing. no loud sounds. it just does it’s thing in the backgroundside note, ig my ability to lose things is a superpower because i already lost the bracelet for wearing it. but that’s my own fault, not the company’s ^^will update this review after com days and such!
