Came in broken
Even though it came in broken, I was able to superglue it back on. The color wasn’t as dark like how it was advertised either. Felt quite ashy.

Arrived broken/poor packaging
This cute little guy arrived broken because he had absolutely no cushion inside the manufacturer box - nor did Amazon packer give any air pockets to prevent him rattling around. He had no chance! He's really cute, minus the damage and glue strings. I might re-order but for now I'm returning since the quality is a little less than the price point. Would make a nice gift if they package it differently.

Would’ve been cute but it arrived shattered. I find it ridiculous that I wasn’t able to get a replacement but would have to spend my time to return it first.
