I bought the Brazil seeds because a friend told me that it helped her loose weight via hunger suppression. It is bitter with a nutty after taste. After about half an hour I felt a numbing type sensation in my mouth.

I took it in the night time, I was drinking 8oz/ 8 cups of water every day. Make sure you eat at least 2 bananas every day for potassium. This is to make sure you are loosing weight in a healthy way, and of course exercise. This is not a magic pill, but it does help to eat less and burn fat.
