The shipping was great and fast, and I was really excited about this product. As soon as I got it, I placed it in my car, following the instructions as best as possible, but it turns itself when driving causing it to slip out very easily. It stays for a little bit, but you have to fiddle with it very often for it to end up actually working. It's not the worst product, but it's certainly not the best.

Very well thought out! While the internal "gears" that operate the adjusting pieces are plastic, they did have the forethought to make it serviceable - super awesome!!! If you get one of the little adjusting wings out of sync, you can remove a screw on the bottom, pull the base off, fix the issue and reassemble. Very unexpected for a product in the price range.

I struggled with getting it to stay in the cup holder at first but once I got it inserted correctly it has been perfect! I just got a new car so all of the bigger bottles fit in it and is also catches/prevents messy coffee spills.

It was working as expected until I noticed it wasn’t staying in place anymore. I am no longer able to tighten the base so the holder along with my bottle will fall out while driving. I noticed the drinking holding half of the product tends to become slanted which worsens the tightening of the base.

It fits in my 2020 Nissan Rogue as long as I have the expanders in the right spot, but once they're in the right spot it is sturdy. Haven't have any problems with it moving or falling out. Normally use it for my hydroflask, also have an iPhone 11 Pro Max and it fits no problem with the case I have one it. The other holder I have had for awhile but I wanted another one for when I have friends/family in my car who have a hydroflask. They do hit when they are both in place, but if I were to just use the one with the phone holder I think it would fit better.

I have a Subaru crosstrek. The cup holders are u-shaped so I didn’t realize before I bought but these didn’t fit no matter what since the base is cylindrical.

I really like the idea of this product, and love the phone holder, but it doesn't hold up. It loosens after a while and each time it comes up, the product becomes more fragile. One of the extenders on ours is no longer working, and we are only adjusting it when it loosens on its own. I like the design, but it's not going to last very long.

Great idea... worked for the first few months and then started becoming less stable. The wedges are stuck and don't expand in n out anymore. Wish it would of lasted longer cause it was so helpful for my phone n hydro
