This works for me. The first time I took it I noticed right away I had a lot of energy ALL day long. If it is your first time taking it and you tend to be sensitive or it doesn't take much for supplements to be effective on you, start off with one cap. I started off with two and I was up past my bedtime. Also, If I take it past noon, again, I will be up and wont realize I should have gone to bed two hours ago. This is how it worked for me. Everyone is different. Bottom line it gave me energy. Helping with inflammation or blood pressure, I haven't noticed yet. Good luck.

Well, I am not a health expert. I know that all you hear about today on the TV/Cable is the benefits of BEETS. So, I got these NOW Sports, Beet Root Veg, Sports Nutrition, Immune System Support*, 550 MG, Naturally Occurring Nitrates, 180 Veg Capsules, Dark Red , so I can attempt to be healthy. This brand is a good buy, it's going for around $15.00 for a 3 month supply(180pills 2a day). That is about 1/2 the price of the stuff you see on the TV. And it is not old stock stuff, the bottle I got, has a shelf life of 10 of 2023. I have been taking a beet supplement for several months, easy to swallow, no bad taste, and have found, for me, it has helped

I purchased these because I am familiar with the brand. My husband and I have been using this brand for years. The price was extremely reasonable and I figured I'd give it a try. I have developed circulation issues being that I work from home and I have a very sedentary lifestyle.
