Real de Morales Economy Hot Dipping Sauce Arbol, Morita, Chipotle

This is great hot stuff. Dipping sauce? I don't think so. More like something you would cook down in an oily saute and add to other foods. They are all great and the Arbol really has a lot of heat. I'm looking for a source to buy in individual large jars. I don't want samples, I want to stock up. These only last a short while at my house.

I have yet to try all of the oils. But I did use the chipotle pepper with almonds as a steak marinade on some kebobs i made., Now this says they are a sauce, but I think they are more of a marinade. They are oils with infused peppers and flavors in them. The chipotle was really good. not a bad heat at all,. Very balanced and not mild, but not much above mild. I really enjoyed it. The other flavors I havent tried yet. but am looking forward to it. The case looks pretty good. I read on one review that it was a wooden box, but its not, its just a card board box that looks like a old cabinet, looks cool though, I keep them in it. The only reason I took a star, and some maybe would of taken more stars for this, was because the fact it is an oil and not a hot sauce, and mine, and several others I had read. once opened, the tops didnt really seal again. Mine would go back on, but they wont make a tight seal, They just sort of get tight, but keep spinning, but wont seal. But none are leaking like i have read others had to deal with. But if ya like good pepper marinades, with a nice heat. I think think you would enjoy these. I got this item at a discounted price in return for an honest review.

These sauces are great for dipping or pouring on your food. They are also great to pour over a block of cream cheese and eat with crackers. They definately have some heat to them. I think this would also be a great hostess gift for your next house dinner party.

As others have said, thought these were more of a dipping sauce. They are more of a cooking type sauce and very spicy. I received this product at a discount for my fair and honest review.
