It may not be apparent from the pictures but the top is actually four pieces. That would be fine, and structurally there doesn't seem to be much issue. The primary issue is that the edges are a much lighter color that the top, so they are very obvious - distracting even. We gathered several brown markers of different shades from various drawing sets and tried them on a hidden edge underneath until we got one close to the color of the top. Then I drew over every edge around the top of this thing, and that made the edge basically disappear. The legs and the mechanism seem great; my wife uses this as a 100% work from home desk and is raising and lowering it daily. About two months of operation without issue.

There are lots of standing desks on Amazon at all sorts of price ranges. This one was advertised as sturdy because of the double beam. I don't know about other desks, but this one feels rock solid.Other features I like:* Option casters or flat feet. Both come with the desk.* Solid wood surface. Probably compressed, but works well for the desk. I have been using about a month, with no obvious scratches. I am a heavy user.* Easy height adjustment with 4 memory locations.Note, one of the switches I had on the electronic memory component was broken. I spoke to the seller (coadymoon) and he was very helpful in sending out the replacement parts. Very good service!

The wood used for the top feels very durable, and has a nice layer of varnish that makes it feel really high quality. The adjustable height is great for me. I'm 6'5", and I'm often sitting all day, so having the convenience of being able to stand or sit and still use my computer is very nice. My lower back loves it :*) . The motor isn't too loud, and the desk isn't very wobbly. With that said, I can run the desk at nearly max height and play games, or do my work, just like I could with my old sitting desk.For the $200 dollar sale price I got it for, you can't go wrong with this desk :)

I love the style and shape of this desk. I feel like I have plenty of room for my equipment without sacrificing space in the room. The controller did arrive broken but customer service gave me an adjustment and left me in a positive note for the transaction.

The desk is very spacious and seems to be very sturdy. On one occasion, it displayed an error code, but after reset and adjust it , I did not had any other issue. Until this moment I believe that the desk has a great cost benefit.

The media could not be loaded.  I am so impress with this desk, it make my working station more ergonomic to stretch my body and do workout will i am working. The desk is beautiful and super steady, cable organization on point plus is very silent when you adjusting the height. I highly recommend this for work at home!!!

I was surprised by how sturdy this felt. A pain to put together but it is doable.

Often these have crappy instructions that make it hard to put together. This was easier to follow than most - just watch the pictures carefully. It is sturdy and the motor is quiet. Love it.
