Lacking in quality
The jeweled top piece is very heavy and sturdy. It feels solid. The bottom rod is light, hollow and feels cheap. The handle screwed on easily and it seems to stay in place well. Not loose and not wobbly. As for the quality, mine was lacking. There are three sections that make up the top piece and one of my section seems to be a bit bent and not aligned well. One of the larger gems is glued on crooked. When I first got it, one of the smaller gems fell off (see picture). Later after within one day of use, another gem of the same type fell off. I was able to glue them back on and so far, they are holding well. After some time, all the others of the same type that I did not glue fell off. If it was for me, I would give it 3 stars, but since it is for my daughter and the issues, I have does not bother her at all, I’m giving it 4 stars. It sparkles and looks pretty and that’s all that matters to her.

A Scepter Fit for a Princess
This scepter is honestly better than I expected it to be. Typically costume props look great online, but don't look as good in person. However, for the stated price, I do wish a little more attention to detail was paid to it.It is really beautiful and the weights of it makes it feel like a quality, but looking at it closely, I found a missing stone. It is small and I doubt most onlookers would even notice. There are so many stones, I had a hard time seeing it myself. I also noticed that the crown head was a little off center from its base. Again, it is slight and most people won't really notice unless they are really looking at it. But for the stated cost of it, those details should have been close to perfect.I love how it sparkles. It really catches the light. When I unboxed it, I sang like Glenda the Good Witch (you know? "Come Out! Come Out! Wherever you are!"). My daughter loves it. It is mostly hers, but I think I will borrow it for my King Charles III Coronation watch party in May! :)

Nice but a little pricey, I think
It is nice. I like that the crown with the jewels comes in a satin-lined box. It would be nice for gift giving that way. Mine does not screw down flush and has a bit of a gap. I think the price is a bit more than I would normally pay for this item, which is why I gave it 4 stars, since the crown doesn't screw down perfectly. But the packaging is nice.

Its Okay
I think for the price it is just okay. The head of the scepter did not screw down flush on mine leaving a little bit of a gap. Overall fit and finish is sub-par. It's great for a costume and things like that. Just make sure people don't look too closely.

Heavy for a costume item
There was some bent bits out of the box that when bent back caused some of the rhinestones to pop out.

Something we all need in our daily lives.
Having just witnessed a royal coronation, I can tell you that everyone needs to have their own scepter. It is necessary! But seriously, this toy scepter will give your child fits of joy. She will use it to knight everyone (or issue royal decrees of punishment) for their good (or bad) deeds. (Boys can use it also) Anway, this is nicely made, solid enough for some rough handling, and lots of fun. 5 stars.

Fit for a Princess
Good quality but maybe a bit on the pricey side for a costume. It’s heavy & substantial, doesn’t feel cheap but I do wish it sparkled just a little more! The best part is the packaging & the satin lined box the top comes in! Overall a nice addition to princess-wear & looks good on my shelf!

Looks SO IMPRESSIVE in person
I do a lot of princess/royalcore content, so naturally I wanted to snatch up a scepter to go with my costumes. This scepter looks SO GORGEOUS in person, more impressive than the listing picture! The head of the scepter comes separately in a box that you can screw onto the staff. I didn't have any issues with it myself. If any gems were missing, I could hardly notice it, but it's a common problem with any prop with rhinestones. So long as there wasn't a significant amount missing, I don't have an issue. The scepter is also pretty heavy, which means it will be sturdy, but it's best to not leave it in the hands of a young kid. If you're looking for a gorgeous prop for any royal occasion, I recommend this scepter!
