I ordered the 3000 because the 1000 before each meal was doing a good job curbing my appetite before each meal thus preventing me from gaining additional weight. There about 2 years before it expires - awesome. Soft gels look nice. Clear liquid in the good sized, amber color see through capsules. Product looks OK. Very sturdy bottle and liked the safety cap it has. Pills are a little bit larger than I expected but easy to swallow. Product came without outer box package but not a problem to me.Fast delivery too!

I can't swear by it yet as I haven't loss weight yet but, I believe it helps with lowering my diabetes! I'll let you know after I finish the whole bottle!

Just doesn't help enough for weight loss, maybe a little but not enough to pay this price monthly for a supplement.

FeelSpirit is the most careless Health & Wellness brand I've bought from on Amazon. The bottle arrived with multiple broken/leaking CLA capsules inside of it. All the CLA pills are now greasy due to busted individual softgels. Most are stuck together. Everything smells rancid too. Going to return this. I've purchased CLA from about a half-dozen brands, and this is by far the most disappointing. There is a reason these are cheap....because the integrity of the pills are junk.
