.40 cal Blowgun Spearhead Darts

Steel shafts are great, slightly bigger than the diameter of the ones I got from the gun show. The broad head stays sharp even after hitting hard plywood several times. Assembling the darts is tricky, I used a candle to heat the steel shaft holding it with a pair of pliers. The let it melt it's way into the plastic cup, and as it cooled and hardened I would spin the shaft with my fingertips to make sure it was as centered as possible...Overall they fly straight enough to keep me entertained, but be prepared to spend some time putting them together.

They are nice and easy to use, but I'm not sure they should be used around children. They are sharper than I thought they would be, and alittle hard to remove from targets

These are great quality darts, the points are pin needle sharp. When you get them you just have to push the fl etching cap onto the end of one of the wires. These have actual broad head darts, perfect for hunting! DO NOT BUY THOSE PLASTIC TIP DARTS!!!!! You will have to assemble the darts by pushing on the tip and the fl etching cap for each and every dart.My thumb is still a little numb from pushing the caps on the darts, and it has been two days since i finished! Overall, great darts.

I purchased 2 of these "100 count" darts and what I received was only 80 metal wire spear shaped rods in each packet with a 100 plastic ends. The darts are 5 inches long compared to 4 inches and they are about two times as thick in diameter compared to standard wire darts. Disappointed and happy at the same time. Disappointed because I was cut short on 20 darts per pack and happy because these darts are a lot sturder, longer, and actually have a metal spearhead on them. They shoot pretty good also and stick very well. Going to try hunting small game with them and see how well they actually bring down game. Shipping was fast less than a week.

these darts are actually really good. they are made of strong steel they arnt the cheap wire darts that bend easy. there was 100 darts in the package others are saying theres only 80 i recieved all 100 they are a really good and strong dart the only down fall is the flights are a little cheap a few of mine cracked but overall i would reccomend these dart

I received my broadhead darts faster than I expected, but my biggest problem is the plastic flights that came with them. Most of them didn't have a hole in them for the darts, and the ones that did required me to give myself a puncture wound putting them on. Very frustrating, out of 100 steel darts I'll be able to get maybe 25 in working order at a time, these flights are junk. Other than that they fly accurately after assembly and could easily take down small game if hit just right, though for most small game you'd probably want something or larger caliber. Meh. It's alright.

These things are mean and do some damage. They are about an inch and a half longer than standard darts and have a sharp tip. I think they work well and definitely could be used for hunting small things. I'd hate to be on the receiving end of these.
