In order to reenact the Battle of Britain or the thrill of modern air racing, we needed a system with which pilots are capable of flying indoors as well as outdoors without sacrificing speed and thrill. Hence, the FlyLine system was born; the brainchild of 50-year air modeling veteran and Cuban-American champion Orestes Perdomo. The system features a unique anchoring and tethering mechanism. The planes are tethered with a line (hence FlyLINE) to the center pole, and anchored by a water-filled base. The planes take off, fly, and land in a circular pattern around the pole. The battling, racing, and aerobatic flying area is therefore the hemisphere around the center pole. FlyLine pilots control their planes with their transmitters, and with the amazing FlyLine Magic Rings. Multiple players can fly in the same space and their planes NEVER TANGLE while flying! Don’t be fooled by the circular flying pattern! All FlyLine models feature a digital proportion radio control system and a digital servo to control the plane’s speed and rear elevators for smooth and real-time command. Therefore, FlyLine models are capable of climbing, diving, looping, knife-edge flight, and much more at supersonic scale speeds. In addition, all FlyLine transmitters operate on a 2.4 GHz radio frequency so you can use gravity-defying stunts and maneuvers to race and combat with other players at the same time and in the same air space, indoors or outdoors, with no interference! flyline racer complete set
This is a great little set. the plane is of a higher quality then just a toy. it is easy to control and it is very fast. But it is easy to fly slow and to control. with the longest string you need a very large open space but with the shortest you can fly it in a decent size room. Just make sure to walk the airplane around the circle once hooked to the tower. full throttle and it takes right off. a couple of clicks of trim and it will fly pretty much hands off. great for learning radio control of a airplane without the fear of it flying off into the distance. the unique design of the clip that connects to the tower allows one plane to pass the other. this is very cool and makes flying combat or racing with a friend super exciting. worth the cost.highly recommended.

Extremely Poor Construction---Not worth any money much less $90. Terrible.
I am highly disappointed in the quality of the product for the price. A small part of tail broke the first time it was flown and then by the third time it was flown it completely broke beyond repair. This was with adults flying it for the 8 year it was purchased for. Not at all worth the money. Very inferior product.

Complete and total waste of money! I would not suggest this product for my worst enemy! The only reason I gave this one star is because there isn't a choice for ZERO stars. By far, this is the worst purchase in recent memory. My son was completely dissappointed. :(
