UPDATE --> Year later to earlier ''Works exactly as advertised.''
Below is what I wrote a year --> HERE IS THE UPDATE-->This turned out to be a really HORRIBLE product!1) It stinks (to high heaven) like high petro! I used it lightly in a small room and for days the entire room smelled like a gas station. HORRIBLE! (At very first the smell is not bad....the next day - HORRIBLE! - I think the oil gets rancid.)2) It is a poor idea for a lubricant! It attracts dust and dirt asap and gunks up almost immediately! HORRIBLE!3) Whatever you do NOT use it on things like bicycle chains! The problem is first, it will gunk up asap, but worse of all, it will get all over other nuts and bolts and loosen them! I noticed all the wheel nipple nuts actually either totally came loose or almost totally loosened! Very dangerous. Also for example, the bolts that hold the front gear all loosened up! HORRIBLE!4) Whenever after spraying, the sides of the can get the dripped on it and when you set the can down, several drops will accumulate on the bottom surface. HORRIBLE!5) The one good thing I found it did well was there was a bolt frozen and I sprayed this on it very well and sure enough it loosened it in just several seconds and penetrated well.6) In my opinion this is just a PENETRATING OIL marketed as an overall lube.7) There are dozens of natural alternatives out there and this is a poor choice for anything other than a very good bolt loosening spray and more reasonably in an industrial / outdoor setting.WRITTEN A YEAR AGO:1) The best thing I like about it is that is has no smell besides perhaps the smell of olive/corn oil (no strong petro smell).2) I use it on my bicycle chain and must say it gets black quickly and builds up ''gunk''...but no squeaking, and in spite of the black gunk build up, the chain runs without a sound and I ride about 100 miles a month and no problem at all except indeed it gets very black and if touched your hand will get some black oil on it.3) I sprayed several truck doors that were squeaking and it worked perfectly. In short, it works excellently, no smell, and if used on bike chain, just know it will get black, but in spite of that will work perfectly.4) The flip up spray stream spray 6'' straw in very professional and useful!!5) As the top critical comment has written, I too noticed after using and then picking up the can a few days later, I was surprised to find a ring of oil at the bottom on the table! There is a flaw in design somehow because after every use, indeed oil will seep put somehow and accumulate to form a ring of oil at the base after every use!.....Well of course knowing this now, I just set it on a paper towel and do in fact see the ring of oil there from the previous usage...no harm no foul...well I think the instructions should just say that as to not disappoint from an otherwise excellent product!

Good product, but still has leakage issue
It works on my garage door. I was having noise, and after I sprayed it, my garage door is very quiet. I am happy with that aspect. However, like people have said, it does leak when you use it. Another thing, it didn't all stick directly to the garage door, but WD 40 doesn't do that either so, it isn't a deal breaker for me. I don't personally like losing the product when I'm using it, but I like the thought of the product, and I like that there is very little smell, so I hope that they figure out the leakage problem.

A fragrance-free product that doesn't lie and WORKS!!!
Our HVAC fan wasn't spinning... and as I have asthma and very sensitive small pets, we really needed to avoid WD-40 and harsh chemicals that linger for days. I honestly didn't expect much, since almost all products like this (fan coil cleaners etc) have a harsh smell... no matter how it is marketed. SO MANY products deemed as "pet safe" still have warnings all over the labels and are clearly toxic. Not this stuff!!! It had next to no smell and did not linger in the air AT ALL, when used to lubricate the gear shaft on our AC. And best of all, a tiny bit worked perfectly. I hope this company never stops making this stuff just the way that it is.

So far so good!
This spray bottle works well, it is orderless and colorless. I used it on a lock outdoors and it works much better

The house squeakening has been quelled and the cats are alive
We got a bifold door for the pantry nook to keep foster kittens out, and while it worked beautifully it made a horrible screeching sound and we were out of WD-40. This came up on Amazon and some of the very foster kittens we were trying to keep safe - Get. Into. Everything, so the "pet safe" label was attractive. My husband used it on the door and it worked great. Our Shark automatic vaccuum robot had gotten some dust in his wheels or something and I couldn't get it out and he was making a horrid sound, so I flipped him over and spritzed the wheel wells. There was some excess I needed to wipe off and in the second it took me to grab a paper towel mere feet away, little Gremlin was greedily licking it off the robot. So apparently, it's also delicious. (He is the worst foster we've ever rescued when it comes to getting into food and non-food items.) I assume most normal animals wouldn't be so eager to eat it, but I was glad we got something pet safe because I have no doubt he would have gone for a toxic product as well. (He's tried to eat disinfectant wipes.) We've lubricated every squeaking door hinge in our ancient house, and I know if we used WD-40 in that many places, the house would smell like an auto shop.

3 Days Later, it is still dripping onto my computer keyboard
This product was a disaster.I searched Amazon for a 'garage door lubricant' This was recommended.Since the garage mechanism is overhead, it had to be applied near the ceiling.I use my garage part time for work. THREE DAYS later, I brought my computer to the garage to work with a client, and I soon noticed that my keyboard is covered with liquid. The produce was still dripping from the garage door mechanism overhead. It covered a third of my keyboard in about 60 minutes! It is also all over my new car that I had just paid $53 to be hand cleaned, and all over the floor of the garage! When I tried to return it, I was told that there are no returns!I called Amazon, got a human rep, and had my money returned. It makes you wonder what is in this stuff if it cannot be shipped back!It was a complete disaster!

Leaking
Shook the can up. Shot a couple sprays with the attached flip nozzle. Put the can down and realized my hand was covered in oil. Not a rookie - the nozzle was fully seated. Can is leaking - faulty seal between the bottle and the spray nozzle. Product works but need QA on the delivery method
