Definitely buy these.
Do you like taking care of your teeth? Do you like minty flavor? Good. Because this product is minty and effective in a way that could only be described by comparing it to being viciously and abruptly punched in the face by a beautiful and caring dentist that has lived in the snowy Alps and eaten nothing but mint leaves their entire life. These mints have a pleasant and sweet minty exterior and a minty pressed-powder center, they will lure you in with a sweet and mild delicious exterior and then deliver a swift kick in the pants with their strong minty center.Got bad breath? Not any more. Your friend has bad breath? Not any more. Just one or two of these things is enough to freshen the absolute heck out of you mouth. They're painful and absolutely delicious and delightful at the same time. My dentist recommended these to me several years ago and I'd been buying them at Sprouts up until I realized they could be ordered online. Your mouth will feel so incredibly good after these that any other mint will feel like a weak and inferior distant cousin to these bad boys. If you suffer from plaque build up during the day, these are also the mints for you as the xylitol kills harmful bacteria in your mouth. I've noticed that my mouth feels much fresher for much longer if I have a few of these during the day, and each of these packs are big enough that I can keep some in my backpack, some in my car, some at my desk, some at work, and still have some left as a backup.Mint. Good.

I don't know why these aren't in every grocery store.
I have pretty severe issues with my jaw, between TMJ and a mis-aligned bite. My dentist and orthodontist have both told me I should never chew gum again. Chewing gum is not the wisest habit for anyone to have because what it can do to your jaw over time. The use of xylitol is highly recommended though, especially between meals if you're unable to brush your teeth. These mints ought to be everywhere. The mints that are available in standard grocery stores all have sugar. Maybe a few are sweetened instead with aspartame. Not so good. The minty-ness of these are just fine. About as strong as most peppermint toothpastes and the flavor lingers almost as long as it does after a rinse with mouthwash. Satisfying, refreshing, helps with any signs of dry mouth, and I trust that the xylitol is doing what dentists say it does for your teeth. The only issue I have with these is the availability (online only, it seems) and the price, which would probably be helped if more consumers switched to mints instead of chewing gum.

Stank breath?
Does your mouth taste gross some times? Well, these are mints. What they do is make your breath not so bad. Obviously, they will not cure halitosis, best to see a doctor for that. But occasional stink breath, they fix that. Also, they don't have any weird sweeteners like sucralose or aspartame. Really, that's why I got them. I hear bad things about sucralose and aspartame. These are sweetened with Xylitol, a naturally occurring alcohol found in most plant material, including many fruits and vegetables. They had me at alcohol. Also, it is supposed to be good for your teeth. I need my teeth. So...win win.

Good dental benefits at a reasonable price
My mouth does not product much saliva and as a result teeth are prone to accumulating lots of plaque -- I have to have them cleaned 4x/year. My dentist recommended using xylitol lozenges or gum because it has been shown to keep bacteria from adhering to teeth which decreases plaque.Spry contains xylitol, but it's hard to find. I like Spry lozenges better than the gum because the gum very quickly loses flavor.More saliva is produced when the Spry lozenge is dissolving in the mouth. My teeth are doing well. I still have to have them cleaned 4x/year, but each cleaning visit is much quicker. Hoping with continued use, and regular brushing & flossing, I can get the cleanings down to 2x/year.

Great mints
Great tasting. They offer peppermint and cinnamon. I enjoy both flavors but would say cinnamon is my favorite. No bad aftertaste.

Sugarless help for dry mouth
I use one in my mouth before bedtime to keep it moist overnight. Plus the Xylitol sweetener doesn't harm teeth, in fact, it helps coat them to keep bacteria from growing.
