GUM - 1770R Rincinol P.R.N. Alcohol-Free Mouth Sore Rinse, 4 Ounce Bottle

It's been a few years since I've written an Amazon review but this product was amazing. I developed 15+ large mouth ulcers on the inside of my lips, cheeks, tongue and had bleeding gums due to Epstein Barr virus/+ other virus. The only relief I received was from warm salt water but the ulcers would sting day and night. I couldn't eat or brush my teeth. I couldn't sleep. I ordered this based on reviews and it did not let me down. I used this 2x a day after rinsing with salt water first. Literally, in one day (2 treatments) my ulcers closed up or were sealed. I had no more constant stinging and I could drink water again without cringing. Don't be afraid to swish this! I was so terrified after reading the label and the chemicals in it, I was ready for it to BURN. It wasn't bad at all! It tastes like sweet black licorice but has the consistency of egg whites. Strangely pleasant. After seeing the results, it could have tasted rancid and I'd still use it. Truly amazing product to have on hand for people with mouth sores.

I normally do not write reviews, but I had to for this one. I recently got a canker sore due to my braces. I was in excruciating pain with the canker sore on my lower lip. No matter if I ate, floss, brush or spoke, my braces/brush/floss/food would always glide over or poke at my sore. Ouch!I used salt mouth rinse and Kanker Sore application and nothing worked. After a week of no healing progress, I decided to try this product and had it overnighted.The first day, I rinsed after every meal and brush. I did not drink or eat for one our after as directed. The following day, I spot treated the area and left it on their for two minutes instead of one as directed. The next morning, there was barely any pain left. Healing started and I’m so happy!For the cost and effectiveness, I recommend this product! For the taste, there isn’t much to it other than a slight scent of licorice.A happy customer right here!

I’m prone to getting canker sores, genetically and I wish I had known about this sooner. At first I was slightly annoyed that the only place I could get it over the counter and immediately was Walgreens. Nonetheless, I decided to try it anyway and it works wonders. Granted it doesn’t taste that great like it’s advertised as “pleasant tasting” and it doesn’t keep the sore from hurting when you eat certain foods/textures but it does keep pain away if you’re just drinking water, working, sleeping, etc. and it does boost the healing process. Overall it’s pretty effective, I’m not upset and I’d continue to use it.

I saw the commercial for this product and decided to give it a try. I have sensitive gums and suffer from occasional gum pain flare ups. I ordered it the 1st day of my flare up and it arrived a few days later. I was still in pain so I was happy it arrived and I took my 1st dose on arrival yesterday. The 2nd dose I took last night before bed and it has helped a great deal. This morning I'm not in as much pain or discomfort as I was ystrdy. I'm further along in the healing process and the outside of my jaw isn't as sensitive to the touch. It's a small bottle but I think it's well worth it. The taste and texture is cough syrupy but it provides a soothing coating so it's very easy to take. I'll definitely keep a bottle on hand for those painful gum flare ups!

Does what it says.However, go to a dentist they'll hook you up with a handful of other products that do a better job and they are free.

I have tried many products and Gum Rincinol is one of the most gentle and affective way to heal my canker sore in my cheek.My daily routine: 1) rinse salt water first, it hurts A LOT but it heals faster 2) Keep Gum Rincinol in mouth for about 5 mins. My pain level drops immediately but 5 mins helps the liquid forms a better protection layer.One bottle can use up to a week and half, good news my huge canker was able to heal within a week.The texture is like Aloe drink, smell like Aloe, and taste like medicine but bearable.

We all hate stress, or at least the bad kind. I was going through some stress with work and had a mouth sore that I would have had no problem healing with other products on the market. However, I thought after reading information on this product that there may be more to this and it may help heal faster.Even besides the healing was the fact that I thought this would at least offer temporary pain relief. It did neither well. I felt like this ran right through the system and did nothing for me other than a few minutes of initial relief.Further, I find that you can easily go through a bottle of this in a short amount of time. Other products (peroxide based) can last longer so if there's another episode of mouth/canker sores, you're set for those times with the same bottle. Oh, did I mention that they also work much better?I just can't endorse this, and while it may work well for others, it did little to nothing for me.

Does it taste great? Mmm... No. Is it a relatively small bottle for the price? Mmm... Yes. HOWEVER, this is the only product that healed a canker sore on my tongue. It was there for over a month as I tried and tried different products. I saw a review for it and decided well, let's give it a shot. I used it for two days then GONE! No more pain! No more swelling. Don't bother with any other brands. This is what works.
