I have been using this system for about a month now, and while overall its been good - it does have a few glitches.it sounds good, screen is good, backup cam is good, microphone is good - so far!The issues I am running into are mainly memory based - sometimes it stores all my stations and the time, other times it does not. Yes, it is corrected correctly so that the radio always as 12v to maintain the memory, but sometimes it just resets. Have not determined a rhyme or reason yet, but sometimes they stay for a week and other times I reset my stations a few times over the course of a weekend. Odd!few other things that take away stars are that you cannot use Android apps like Waze or Maps, and also use the radio. Once you connect to the "android" sync, you can only use that so you have to use spotify or another streaming service, but cannot use FM stations and Waze at the same time. That is probably the biggest negative for me so far, but for the price oh well!

I was gonna buy a Sony or Kenwood but this has so many features at such a better price I felt like it was the better option. When I first opened the box everything was there except for a manual with was kinda upsetting however I have experience in doing this so not a big deal. When I first look at it, the screen had a scratch on it that would not come out, which was also upsetting. I then took a bezel I had bought to cover the out sides of the radio and placed it on the screen to make sure it would fit and it did not. So o had to sand it down and cut some areas on it however after that I had 0 issues. I installed it then and I had low expectations but was very surprised with how good it was. Everything works 100%. Time will tell how it holds up but I would recommend. So besides missing instructions manual, scratch, and not fitting right, it’s a great radio

This radio worked great the first couple of months when I got it, but after a while it kept resetting itself and I kept having to reset all my radio presets. The Google Maps feature for Android Auto on this works but at night it doesn't go into dark mode so if I have to navigate at night I have to do it using an annoyingly bright screen. Worst part is now the screen turns off at night when I have the headlights on (nothing in the settings helps). This radio does not hold up over time.

I did have an issue with the unit memory but it was a simple fix when I swapped the yellow and red wires. Now my only issue is getting the back up cam to auto turn on when I put the vehicle in reverse. I wired it up to the front cam input instead and just manually turn it on when I need it which isn't a big deal I only really use it when I need to back up to my trailer hitch. All around its a great cheap upgrade from my factory unit I had before.

I’ve asked twice how to install back up camera with no response. Not even posted as a question. Like others, the sound starts to fade at about 30 minutes. I figured since I live in the north country and had my heat on most of the time, is what the issue is. But after others reporting the same issue it must be something else.I do like the way it links with my phone and the sound quality when it works, but I need information on how to install the camera.

Not sure why everyone is having issues with this radio Absolutely love mine! It was so hard to find one that checked all the boxes at this price point! I had to have a physical volume knob because the touch ones were not cutting it thankfully this one works like a charm! Also this came with a steering wheel remote control for playback and call options which is super convenient! Not to mention the android auto works perfectly with my galaxy fold 3! The only issues Ive run into have been very minute like the radio will reset itself randomly so I have to fix a couple of settings a little annoying but liveable Also sometimes the symbol for the back up camera gets stuck I just have to put it in reverse again to get rid of that! But other than those small issues Ive had no other ones!

So I bought this about a week ago and ive done a lot of car audio installs in my life time, I installed it no problem. ran my 4 rockford fossgate 6 1/2 in door speakers off the integrated amp in the stereo and ran my rca jack from the sub out put to my arm for my subs, I turned the music all the way up with a completely flat eq on my phone and the stereo and all the music cut out. the fuse didn't break and no fuses on my car broke either. my speakers are rated for 50w rms and 100 peak and 4 ohms, so there's no way I blew a speaker ( I checked them all with my trusty pioneer single din and they still work) so im pretty sure the integrated amp killed it self when I turned the music up to max, and no audio from the subs either so it really screwed itself up. On top of all that the most annoying thing about this too is that it does not have cover for speakers, like you cant run a hi pass filter on your door speakers or turn up certain speakers. my pioneer single din that came out 4 years ago and costs a quarter of this thing is more reliable and is much much much better for people who want to upgrade there sound quality and control over there system. very disappointed.

Reasonable sound with an impressive and tactile interface, the buttons and dial have a lovely feel and the touchscreen display is responsive. The disappointment began after a few days of use when the screen blacked out and the sound became quiet, thin and tinny. The reset button soon fixed the problem, for about a week. This first instance occurred the day after the return window closed, since then it has happened 3 more times and it is now struggling with Bluetooth connection post-reset. I am hoping that a software update could rectify the issue and would be pleased if I could receive a constructive response.
