I have a love/hate relationship with this curler. When I first got it, I loved it. But the pad that comes with this curler is very soft and cheap, and gets destroyed very quickly! The pad got cut in no time and as a result, I lost half my lashes!! :( I was extremely upset because I loved the curler at first! So I decided to order some replacement pads here on Amazon and try it again. Luckily, the pads I ordered were a perfect fit for this curler and I have not lost any lashes since I replaced the original pad. So if you buy this curler, you might want to order some pads as well!! I have been using it ever since with no problems at all!!

I couldn’t find an eye lash spring.Yours did. Makes a big difference. I purchased one for my daughter also, she feels the best as I do.Very happy with product.Amazon came through again!

Not sure why anyone would make a black-colored lash curler. Having black eyelashes makes it extremely difficult to see if they are properly positioned in the curler... or even in the curler at all! I'm afraid this is going back.

Have been using it daily and it is holding up well. I have allergies to metals and this one has not bothered me. Didn't come with liner refills and have not looked for them on line yet. Would recommend the product.
