The screws are very weak
The neck plate is okay, but the 4 screws that come with it are very weak, and bend easily.One of mine broke off and luckily i was able to remove it without damaging the guitar body or neck.Not recommended.

hole spacing is good, everything lined up and works, I would like it to be just a little more stiffer / thicker. just my opinion.
