This is a high-quality And quite large container of a very fragrant “grain of paradise” grains. I use mine in coffee, hot cocoa, even mulling. Amazing flavor

I’ve been adding these to soups, stews, casseroles, stir fries, and seasoning cuts of meat, poultry and fish. It adds a new dimension to many dishes.

Smells great. The quality looks good. Tasted fresh (I think, never had this spice before). I thought I would need more but there is actually quite a bit in the jar. And I like the screw on lid. Would buy again

Solid product if this is new to you. Not the best quality but it gets the job done

I haven't had much luck finding a dish that these really stand out with. It's a good spice, but unless you are cooking Eastern style foods it is frankly a bit weird tasting. Unique on omelettes.

I used this spice in a recipe from the Elder Scrolls cook book and the smell and taste are immaculate!

The Grains of Paradise arrived fresh and on time. Doing medieval recipes calls for this wonderful spice, which is not easily available. I've used it in quite a few dishes already and it's a lovely substitute for plain old pepper in everything. Kinda tastes like black pepper and mothballs. Very interesting and unusual flavor. Not sure how to cook with it, never tasted soup and said to myself "This sure would taste better with chlorine in it". Also, the lid doesn't stay on the jar very well.
