I've been using this product a little over a month and it does its purpose, it helps me eat less and I have lost 7lbs so far

This does not work. It is a fallacy that some keto pill will magically make you lose twenty or thirty pounds. Yet, I still buy the pills thinking that this NEW one will make all the difference. Last month I hurt my back and broke my foot. My physical therapist said I am not taking care of my body--- fasting and interval training has left my back and stomach muscles very weak. She said I need to work on building muscle tone. As I sit here unable to move--I am beginning to understand you have to do the work in order to reap the benefits of a healthy body
