Review 1:It's a good 1080p 30 capture card, plug and play, video quality fed straight from a Fuji X-S10 is good, for this price, it's fine, it's all I needed to streamline my recording workflow.Review 2:Day 30 of ownership... Failed, is super glitchy with lots of artifacting and became impossible to use. Returning.Review 3:So, it turns out the issue was that the USB port it was plugged into on my computer was not good, I ran a USB 3.0 wire directly from the motherboard (not the case) and plugged into it and I can't make it break anymore. Gonna see how it goes any maybe cancel my return.

Cost effective & works perfectly! I use it to record my Nintendo gameplay (Animal Crossing New Horizons) to upload onto my ‘Oh Hi Mish Gaming’ youtube channel.

It does it's job with getting the video from the ps4, but it fails to capture the audio.

I was a bit hesitant before ordering this item, but then I tried it with firetv stick on macbook pro, and works like a charm. highly recommend.

It's working fine to my laptop when I'm using to my Nintendo switch. The capture of video and graphics is the same.

Comes with no software or drivers, you need to know how to use capture software like OBS, for for what I need I was going to be doing that anyway. Windows didn't even give me a popup to say that a device was plugged and it took a bit to work out which device was this one.But once set up it works great. Latency was pretty good, much less than 50ms that someone else mentioned. Playing my PS4 on my (low latency gaming) monitor was very similar to playing directly on my TV. But playing on my TV via my computer was noticeable, probably twice as much lag. I will probably get a splitter.But for this price, if you have a decent PC it's so much cheaper than the dedicated streaming boxes and so far seem so to do just as well in a bare bones kinda way.

So I bought this as a long shot basically to see if it would function for me or not as a simple and affordable way to get my Mirrorless camera into my Computer as a capture card, I’ve read that these units (All from various brands or places, but usually looking identical) are extremely hit or miss so I wasn’t expecting much, I use the big professional versions with my work so I was curious wether It would be anywhere close and surprisingly it worked straight up into OBS and even passed audio acceptably.I only briefly tested to unit so longevity will have to wait and see, did notice that the unit got pretty warm so I would recommend allowing plenty or air ventilation to the device.As a cheap and cheerful capture card I’d say have a go, it may do what you need, however I’d be cautious of using it for anything more than personal usage
