I am taking this with Doctor's Best "Best Glucosamine Sulfate" and Magnesium, to help with joint pain, which I am experiencing since starting to run / exercise again, after about 15 years of unhealthy life style. I started to feel improvement in my pain level after about two weeks.This was also better priced than my local natural foods store.

Ultimately this was a disappointment
Even though taking it regularly along with a very healthy lifestyle my wife still caught a bad cold, and she's very rarely sick. Will be moving on and looking for a product that works better.
