This is the first time I ever used a baking mat. I really like how it fit perfectly on my pan, cooked evenly, and was an easy cleanup. They are great quality and feel like they will hold up for a while. The only issue I had was that it did not come with instructions.

Notice there is no mention of this mat not staining? The light color in the middle stains with simple baking. Also, a cheap price does not guarantee quality. I would not trust these.

I own a couple of the original "silpat" mats. I have probably used them several times already and still work like new, besides the stains that you would expect with regular use.Time will see how well this one hold up. What made me buy this was the price, I paid just about nine dollars for two.

Have only used once so far. Made sugar cookies and you do have to cook a few extra minutes using these. Easy clean up

I recieved these mats and immediately noticed the good quality. They are not thin and weak. they fit on my baking pans very well. I am very please with them.

It's so convenient and easy to use instead of spray.
