Amazing yoga mate highly recommended
Writing this review after using the mat daily. It's a strong sturdy yet soft and doesn't get scratches on the surface. You can easily do Yoga or Aerobics without slipping the mat. It comes with a cover for easy to keep and move. Highly recommended.

It really is a good mat non slip with front grip and it does have a good thickness doesn’t hurt my knee.
