It arrived on time and undamaged. This was exactly what I have been looking for for my sciata issues. For me, being a petite person, it was the right size. If one were taller, it may be too small. For me, it was the perfect thickness and firmness, I needed and my symptoms have improved dramatically since using this item. When I turn over, it stays in place and my knees/legs do not get hot like some memory foam can do. I am comfortable. The cover is zippered and can be removed for washing. The quality of cover is good and I would recommend this product and to those who are shorter/petite.
