yummy all the way
Just chop up some onions, tomatoes, carrots, add in some chopped boiled eggs and potatoes, spice it up a bit with some chili sauce, salt, pepper and herbs of your choice, then add this yummy mixture to a hot roti or toasted bread and enjoy it while it's freshly made. Adding in some freshly grated cheddar cheese and chopped coriander will certainly boost its taste, a true winner, good for health and tasty too. You can even freeze this mixture by storing it in an airtight container and use it for many months, my only wish was that we could get a bit more in quantity for the price we are paying for these precious tuna flakes.

Good, but very salty
Pros:1.Packed in Thailand earlier this year, with a 3 year use-by period.2.Tastes fresh and yummy.Cons:1.It is necessary to press out much of the brine, otherwise the taste is too salty. I would recommend tuna in oil instead: the oil gives you more taste without extra saltiness.2.Delivery by Amazon was done in an ordinary cardboard box without any cushioning, so all the cans were slightly dented or deformed in the process.Thankfully, none were ruptured or leaking.

The worst tuna I've ever seen
DON'T buy- They mentioned that it's flakes, I bought it accordingly and that even mentioned on the can, but when I opened it, I found it Fragmented not flakes.- The quality of tuna is the worst I've ever seen.- Very bad smell.- I have stomach pain since I ate it.

Not worth the price...
This product was a disappointment. The tuna "flakes" are so tiny that they can't be separated from the brine, and the whole thing appears more like a spread or fish puree. I would recommend buying the tuna chunks instead, at a nominally higher price. The only positive thing I can say is that the fish is preserved in brine, and not in oil. The vegetable oils used in canned products are always of inferior quality; hydrogenated and/or rancid, and should be discarded. If you want oil with your fish, better to use a good quality extra virgin olive oil straight from the bottle.

Another good tuna. I wouldnt call these tuna flakes
Another good tuna. I wouldnt call these tuna flakes, it is more like sandwich tuna if people understand canned tuna. It still very good, not sure if its dolphin friendly though. We do enjoy simple dinners of salad and tuna in the evening. Well worth the buy.

Flakes are too little and brine is more.
If you are looking for more fish chunks don't buy this one. I purchased it because it was on offer and didn't check if it was tuna Flakes or chunks. I would not recommend it.
