The volume control is horrible. It's hard to get to and is very small making it very difficult to use while driving (it disappears). My hope was that an aftermarket launcher or other app would do a better job, but it turns out that NONE of them are able to control the volume on Joying units. Hopefully they fix this with a firmware update otherwise I do not recommend.

Screen is titillating although the icons can be small due to the higher resolution. Mayne I'm missing a setting for scaling?I use digital coax to a 5 channel amp and it sounds great. Has DSP built in and EQ.Built in FM tuner works good. AM is dead here. DAB+ does not exist in the USA.Having android cough* not android auto (even though it's included) is a god send foe choose your own fantasy car audio madness. Muhahaha. . . SorryI put in my At&T hotspot sim card and it shows 4G LTE service but no data. Settings shoes 2 sim slots with their own IMEI's... my sim is showing up in slot 2. Where is the missing slot Joying? BTW I'm on Band 2 and Band 12 for testing this.Someone help me! Please

It says I have 4g data, but the download speed is less than a megabyte per second, insanely slow. I tried usiing the asw harness to keep my steering wheel controlls, but with no luck. If these features work then the unit is worth the near $500 price tag, but with out it. waste of money

I write this as an unverified purchase, as the unit I bought in January of 2023 has already been discontinued and re-marketed due to poor Amazon reviews.DO NOT BUY! This product is slick looking but total junk. It never connects CarPlay properly, and the steps to getting it to connect are consistently inconsistent. Sometimes you need to connect through the screen, sometimes you need to connect through your phone, I even tried using wired CarPlay (defeating the main reason I bought, wireless CarPlay).The screen works horribly. Sometimes it glitches looking like it’s a burned in old tube screen. Sometimes it’s just snow. Sometimes the color is only black and white. Sometimes it randomly just goes black. Sometimes it freezes and cannot be used. Despite this radio is specific to a Jeep Wrangler, with the doors off it does not turn off in any amount of time despite being set to do so, which has caused my battery to die. I also had to modify my dash by cutting into it to get it to fit without falling off.Customer service is terrible. This is a Chinese company that only replies Passive-Aggressively and in broken English if you even get a reply to the question you asked. The issues I presented were blamed on me for improper installation in incompatible harnesses, despite not knowing what harness I have or that it was professionally installed.Buy something from a reputable brand off Crutchfield for the same price.Not this crap.

I bought my joying 10.1 and it worked great. Then started to notice the screen would go black when playing a video. Joying would no help at all they would just say send your receipt. Tried customer service no reply at all. Sent them around 5 messages. Be careful buying knowing you will not get support from joying.
