Being in business all alone can become a headache, and not being able to pick up the phone just so I can ask a lawyer a question can be sad for my business. I say it because I was one of those people who when I was starting my business, many people came to me by saying, oh when you need help, " call me "The truth is where are those people now? They all lied. And because I'm smart, and when I need something I do my research to find answers but the internet can be overwhelmed with lots of information. Shopping on Amazon for books one night, I ran into this book and after studying this book I'm glad I did because if I ever need a contract or some type, this book will have it and I can always add more details. So if you are in business or starting out, buy it because someday you will need this book.

The book is quite useful in explaining the forms and on the website you can obtain the forms for free. Just a bit difficult to find and work through so 4 star.
