This book arrived promptly and in excellent condition. I found it a good follow on from the first book.Although the book is second hand it truely does not matter as long as it in good condition . Excellent service.

This novel was a wonderful follow-up to the "Iron Lance"...being the 2nd offering in the "Celtic Crusades" trilogy. As usual, Lawhead spins a compelling narrative full of the most descriptive verse of all things within the senses, including the unconscious mind. He displays an uncanny knack to deliver each character's take on the situation that you find yourself willing to not only understand, but to believe the mindset of all involved. The author is certainly at the top of his game here; my only drawback is the heavy emphasis on Christianity--but hey--comes with the territory.
