The latch is crappy.
I bought this to keep my moms hospice meds in, but as soon as I opened it the latch came off in my hand. I was way too busy to return it and in the trash it went.Not even worth getting for a child.

A Bit Smaller-Great for Traveling
Loved the sturdiness of this box and how well it was made. The latch is secure and easy to work. My only complaint is that I thought it was a bit small for someone with a lot of medications. It’s a great travel size but it wouldn’t really hold a large prescription pill case I thought it was slightly high priced for the size of the box. We’ve paid far less for similar boxes that are in basic colors and don’t look like a first aid kit. The price for this size was the only reason I deducted a star.
