The box, packaging and card are beautiful, classy and touching. Unfortunately it came with a large mailing label/sticker placed right on the box, making it unable to even present as a gift. I tried to remove the sticker as delicately as I could, but the beautiful inscription and image on the box were lifted with the sticker and destroyed. The wind chime itself was then found in a smaller box inside, cleverly wrapped in a cardinal printed tissue paper, however the tissue paper was ripped. I don’t give gifts unless the entire gift meets my standard, and I would never present a new gift with ripped tissue paper. Once I finally got to the wind chime itself, I wasn’t disappointed in the size, as I had read in other reviews that it was small. It’s a cute very small size however the cardinals were not at all what I had expected. I anticipated that they were 3D but in fact they are a flat, computer generated looking image, almost cardboard like that appear glossy. Everyone in my family felt that the wind chime looked cheap and forbid me to give it to anyone. It didn’t match the beautiful box and attention to detail that was in the presentation of the item itself. I bought one for every immediate family member of a dear friend that I lost, and returned them all. I contemplated keeping them to use the box to present another gift, as had the boxes been intact they would have been worth the price to me, but each was destroyed by the mailing label in which they were sent. I was quite disappointed that the item didn’t match the description.

This product was made and shipped with care. The box was beautiful and when I opened it had the beautiful card and the words brought me to tears. I loved the matching cardinal tissue paper and the red packaging. A perfect gift during a difficult time.

Very disappointed on item and packaging. The mailing sticker was placed on the box that was supossed to be used for gift. Last time I ordered from same seller it well packaged on a extra 📦 . The item itself does not look like the pictures

I bought this for my grandmother for Christmas. My grandfather recently passed away unexpectedly and it has been hard on everyone. Everyone in the family lived it and the little card it came with was the perfect touch. Brought tears to our eyes reading it.

I like to give a momento for a death instead of flowers. This looks nice and will work perfectly.
