Q: Are these the same as the ones sold in 3’s and 4’s?

The Sh-Wipe bonnets are all the same. They are manufactured by Comsentech for use on the Sh-Mop. The only difference is the quantity.

Q: If I hang dry these, about how many washings before the elastic wears out?

We put them in the washer/dryer daily and use them 5 days a week. Unless they are very lightly used, on clean floors, you will need to machine wash with a mild detergent and about a tablespoon or two of bleach. Would estimate we get about 50 -60 uses out of them (and they are heavily used.) They are fairly heavy material and nicely made.

Yes, they are cotton terry cloth.
