Revolving really helps
So in my student days I worked in a few pizza places: brick oven wood fired, conveyor belt electric etc. Then last Eurovision decided to have a bunch of people around and feed them pizza. I bought a stone for the oven and Weber barbecue and par-baked the bases. It was ok but not ideal. Then was looking at the Ooni for a New Year party and couldn’t justify the expense really. But this one is way more affordable and I’m glad I got it. Looks good, works pretty well and cooks quickly. The revolving means you don’t have to be there every second. However even using a mid setting and having the rotary going (you need a socket to plug that in) I got distracted and a couple of pizzas combusted a bit…Easily connected to my existing patio gas (UK) tank. I cheated and bought sourdough balls from a place called Great Balls of Flour. All worked well. Happy got this one. As others have said, a few sharp edges and not really portable but if you have outside space you should be able to find room.

Good rotating function
I purchased this for £255 in July 2022. I had to buy a different gas valve/regulator because the included one did not fit onto my Calor gas (which was the normal bottled gas you get from B&Q etc, though not a patio gas bottle). The oven is very heavy indeed which limits portability, and the feet have some very sharp edges which could cause a serious gash if not careful. The oven does work very very well indeed and the automatic rotating function produces very evenly cooked pizzas. Cleaning can be awkward/difficult as there are joints/ledges within the cavity that can accumulate grime.

Brilliant! Rotation feature is SO useful!
I spent ages trying to decide which pizza oven to go for, having initially thought I would go for an Ooni. When I first saw this, it didn't have that many reviews, and I was pretty hesitant to go for something that I hadn't heard of before. But it was cheaper (at the time it was £250ish), and having watched dozens of videos on Neapolitan pizza making, and seeing how frequently you have to turn the pizzas, in the end it was the rotating feature that won me over.I don't have any regrets. I've used an Ooni before and I can't see any real advantages that they have over this. But more than that, now that I've had this thing for a few months, I know for sure that the rotation is a game-changer. I've read that some people with Oonis have actually manually adapted them to rotate, which sounds like a faff and probably invalidates the warranty (I assume, but may be wrong). This does it all for you, and I love it!My only advice if you're thinking of buying a pizza oven (any brand, not just this one), is to properly research recipes and understand what you're doing with them. The very high heat of these ovens is specifically for Neapolitan-style pizzas, so don't spend £250+ on one of these things and then just shove a store-bought NYC-style pizza base in it, which you could probably do just as well on your home oven at 270°C - would just be a waste. Get quality ingredients and put some time and effort in to it, and allow yourself some time for learning and making mistakes - it will be worth it in the end. Each batch I make is a learning curve and I'm hoping after a good while I will start to perfect it.One other thing - you'll probably want to get yourself a laser thermometer, so you can know how hot the oven is. I've found my best results are when it's at around 420°C, when it's hotter than that it tends to start burning before it's fully cooked.

Great pizza oven
Overall very happy with this oven, my only gripe is the stone doesn’t seem to get hot enough to cook the centre of the pizza dough no matter how long I heat it etc. But all in all very good little oven.
