Excellent
This film has helped keep our home cooler in summer. It significantly darkens the window so I’ve put it on west facing only. The windows are double panes and it warn not to use it on double paned but so far I haven’t had a problem. My guess is the heat reflected can build up between the glass panes and crack the glass?Easy to install as long as you use two pieces of tape to separate the backing from the film and use the soap solution very liberally - you can’t use too much but it’s a hassle when you haven’t used enough.

Looks professional and keeps rooms cool!
I have purchased 4 different sizes of the N20-Dark. It works on the inside of garage door windows, outside glass door of a large wine refrigerator, double pain windows (aluminum frame from 1998), 72 inch wide crescent shape entryway window, bright plug in alarm clock face, it has worked fantastic! I am a female DIYer and love projects I can do myself to save money. To hire a window tint professional cost $150 for one large window where I live. Most of the windows that face the sun I apply a double layer. It significantly reduces the heat and sun coming in but still let’s light come in so the room is not dark. I wait a day between double layering so the first layer can set. Watching YouTube videos was helpful. I found using lots of soapy warm water on the window, on the tint when I peel the clear layer off and on the tint once on the window to smooth out bubbles. It comes with a cutting tool and a felted scraper. Using both tools together when trimming it on the window helps my cuts to be perfect. I size all windows tint cuts 2 inches too wide so I can trim down on window. Cutting the exact size before placing on window always ended with some section being too small so I wasted those Precut pieces. Take your time, use lots of towels to cover the area where you’ll be spraying water. My double pane windows are from 1998 so I was not worried about windows cracking like some buyers mentioned. No cracking here just professional looking heavy weight tint. The tint itself is a nice heavy weight but I would call N20 a medium in the darkness of the tint. It’s sold as dark. Just my opinion. It does look great! Saved about $900 tinting myself.

Easy to Install, Not Much Heat Reduction
I thought this film was easy to work with and install. I have previously applied static film, which was probably a good choice for a practice run, so certainly not a pro but have a little experience at least that I think helped. A couple big things for installing, there's no such thing as applying too much of the water/soap mix. The more you add, the better from what I have found. A big, big thing too is really make sure your window surfaces are clean. I clean them, then take a scraper lightly scrape off anything that didn't come up with general cleaning. I use an air can to get any dirt out of the edges because the soap mix will drag any loose dirt hiding in there. As far as the looks, I really like it. I was a little worried it might make it look too dark outside from the inside, but not at all. It cuts down the light a bit, but not much and I actually like that it is a little dimmer. It's perfectly clear to see out, no blurriness or anything like some other films can give. Big thing is you can't really see in when you're outside. I work from home with a window right on the sidewalk leading up to our front door, and hated when people would come up and if they glanced in as they passed, they could see me, so I felt awkward not answering because they knew I was in there haha. With this on, you have to get right up to the window and peek in to see, so someone just walking past can't see anymore. Obviously at night when the light is on, that's a different story, they can see in just fine, but I never could figure out why people expect that to be any different and complain about it.As far as heat reduction, I would say there's very little if anything, so that was disappointing. I live in Arizona and the morning sun beats in on the room I work from. By 10am it's a hotbox in there, and this didn't reduce it at all. With films that do cut down on heat, usually the window itself will be really hot, since it's basically catching all the heat, but away from the window really won't be. Not with this, I can feel the heat if I stand where the sun is coming in even a few feet away from the window, so I don't think it knocks it down at all. But, I got it more for the privacy, and that I am happy with. And satisfied with the ease of installation.

Don’t sleep on this stuff!!
I try to leave reviews on the things I really like or I feel like is really worth the money spent on it. YALL. This stuff is amazing. I originally was just going to do my front glass storm door so I only ordered the 12 ft roll. My door is approximately 33”Wx72”L. I ended up using the remainder on my daughters bedroom windows. We live in Texas and it gets really hot here. Even with central AC, the front of our house lets in tons of heat and direct sunlight during the day. I use blackout curtains but I needed something else and didn’t want to go the aluminum foil route lol. I wish I had got the 24’ roll! I’m currently waiting on another roll to finish the windows on the front of the house. The door was trickier because it’s so much bigger, but if you follow the directions it’s really very simple. The door took me about an hour but my daughters windows 33”x24”L took me about 30 minutes combined. I absolutely love this and it makes a huge difference. Not to mention the privacy. Now when my front door is open you cannot see in from the outside though the glass storm door. The difference in the light and heat that comes through is night & day! You won’t regret buying this stuff!

Easy to install and blocks sunlight and heat well
This film was easy to install and does a great job at blocking the heat and sun from our west facing bathroom windows. The outside view is also great at giving privacy. If you have animals, just be sure not to leave the film laying out of the box. We had a few hairs stuck under the film on the second window.

Buy it!
I’m so happy we bought this window tint. It’s on our glass doors and we are now able to enjoy being in our living room without a terrible glare from the sun. We plan on doing the rest of the house soon.

Tinted film
Easy to install. If it's a large area to cover, I recommend having two people apply the film to the window. I am very satisfied with this product. I tinted my patio doors and the result is identical to the windows tinted by the manufacturer of my RV. We love it.
