I’ve purchased 2 of these. I have dry skin on my back in winter living in Minnesota. This scratcher is double sided. I prefer the side with the longer scratchy parts. The handle extends quiet far so you can get your entire back either from the top or the bottom. But remember to collapse the scratcher after use as when it’s extended the metal isn’t very strong and I accidentally bent mine, hence need to purchase a second one. Great product and best back scratcher I’ve ever purchased.

I like that it glows in the dark. The telescope feature is nice. The problem is, the spikes aren’t sharp enough to really satisfy my itch.

Bought for my grand dog. He thinks he died and went to heaven. Absolutely loves having his back scratched. Weird dog....he's half dachshund and half pit bull. No, I have no clue how that occurred!

Very sturdy, love the length and granted sometimes I hurt myself due to forgetting my strength at times and that it has specks on it lol other then that it's a good tool. I even use it on my head as well.

This is so easy to use and hold. If you have mobility issues it solves the problem. No more going to the doorway to try and get that itch. The great thing is extendible handle which can get to the middle of your back easily. It’s a family favorite

I really wanted this to work as I have eczema and psoriasis. I particularly needed a solution for itching on my back. However when I tried to use it, one side scratched my back and the other snagged my clothing

I have an itchy spot on my shoulder blade that I have to contort myself to reach and the cactus takes care of that problem. It also allows me to scratch vigorously, even for a prolonged time, without breaking my skin, like my nails or other scratching implements have. I thought the hard plastic might be rough, but it's not at all. I am in the blissful haze of a scratch sesh right now. my cat also really digs it.

Got this for my husband.I accidentally broke his 40yr old back scratcher.He uses this every day now!He loves the dual sides!Extends far enough to get that itch!I love that it shrinks for storage.His old one didn't extend, this one is really ideal.I definitely recommend!!👌Update: I have to get another one, turns out that this is also a fantastic cat massager too! While I was sitting on my couch, I discovered that I can use this to brush them, even when they are not close...the wand expands! I was totally surprised, but I'm here to say that ALL of my cats LOVE this thing!!!😻

There were some questions/reviews about this being too sharp or scratchy. I didn't find this at all. If anything, it could be a little sharper. The pointy ends are very smooth. This is not a small back scratcher, but it is a solid one. The other sheet metal back scrathers I've bought in the past all bend and eventually break off. No problems with this one.
