Easy to make and tastes great

I typically make fruit wines, but decided to try this seltzer kit out. I do not have a BrewDemon and used a normal one gallon wine set up to brew. I followed the instructions which were simple and ultimately bottled into champagne bottles. Everything worked well and was a family favorite. Only slight issue was the flavor packet. It did not mix particularly well and because of that the consistency was not great. Not an overly strong flavor, but again everyone who tried it seemed to like it. I would purchase again.
