Seems to be okay I’ve only used it oncebut I guess I didn’t realize I was buying refurbished 🤨. Wish I had the little cup to pour in the distilled water. It is a little tricky

Don't ever buy anything that has been refurbished!
I had the same Shark Steam Mop. When it broke down I decided to get another one. The only ones Amazon had for refurbished ones. I learned my lesson on that. Don't ever buy anything that's been refurbished from Amazon. My husband had already thrown the Box away so I couldn't send it back now I'm stuck with another broken mop
