I made this brownie mix today and followed another reviewers recommendation of adding an egg yolk in addition to the eggs called for plus two tablespoons of unsweetened baking cocoa. I did use oil instead of melted butter, and added a sprinkle of Lily’s Semi-sweet chocolate chips. Baked about 18-19 minutes at 375 (dark 8x8 square pan). Oh, wow, moist and fudgy! I’ve used the other Simple Mills mixes with success and will definitely be buying the Brownie mix again!

This mix is easy to do if you want something that tastes great and has healthy ingredients and oils along with Almond flower - grain Free, corn Free, Plant based. NO ARTIFICIAL ingredients!

These are probably the best boxed brownies I've ever had. My boyfriend and I are OBSESSED with these things. Hopefully the 6-packs come back in stock soon because I've been dying to buy more

After reading reviews of this cake/cupcake mix, I knew I'd want to add some baking powder to make it lighter and almond extract for extra flavor. The result was a very tasty cake that both my husband and I like very much. Neither of us can quite identify a familiar flavor that it has. Nonetheless, we are very pleasantly surprised that we like it so much. Thank you, Simple Mills team.

From a bakers POV: Great product for the type of cake that it is. Not a huge fan of some almond flour cakes but this was probably the best tasting one I’ve tried so far!Suggest pairing with the matching icing. I wish the batter would have stretched further when filling the pan. I would suggest buying an addition box over what you initially need. Fair price for the quality of ingredients.Over all, I was very pleased! And so was the client.

It is SO HARD finding clean food products. Everything from simple mills is always completely clean ingredients. These cookies are the best way to have a little treat while not eating a million chemicals. The flavor is good and adding a cup of milk hits the spot.

I just made my first batch of Simple Mills vanilla cupcakes with the vanilla frosting. First cupcakes I've been able to eat in over 3 years. The texture of the cupcakes were just like normal flour cupcakes, and after stirring the frosting and letting it sit on the counter for a minute it was soft and easily spreadable. The frosting has a tiny bit of a greasy mouth feel, but it tastes good and creamy. Overall very happy with both products and can't wait to make more of the Simple Mills products I got. There is left over frosting even with putting it on heavy, and it makes delicious sandwich cookies when you put it between two of the crunchy pecan cookies!
