Has helped my skin GREATLY
I've been taking these vitamins for about 2 weeks, and I can't express enough how much they have helped my skin with break outs. My skin is over all healthy, and not as fragile as it appeared before. If only my dermatologist had recommended vitamins instead of the trail and error typical meds that did nothing but make my problems worse I could have been blemish free years ago.

I loved it at first to get rid of my hormonal cystic acne and used it every day for about 4 months. But for some reason, here lately when I take it my face and neck start tingling and burning. They end up breaking out in a red, tight flush that will not go away for a half hour or so. And that is only if I put an ice pack on my face. I really hate this happens bc now I’m sure my cystic bumps will be back. And this was the only thing I could find to help with that! :((((

They seem to be working!
I really like these pills. I started taking them with my breakfast every morning. Besides helping my acne, they also have A LOT of vitamins like Vitamin A, B5, Zinc and Biotin, so I feel like it's also a good multi-vitamin. The pills themselves seem to be good quality. Really good deal for the price.

Amazing product! Can really tell the difference. Must be consistent or you can easily have an outbreak. Drink plenty of water and a good diet, you’re on your way to clear skin!
