Well, it does work
A film appeared on my shower glass and nothing would remove it. I tried Windex, vinegar , baking soda, a professional glass cleaner that came in a can like shoe polish, the Mr. Clean eraser all to no benefit.Found this product on the Amazon site and decided to give it a try before calling in the pros. After just 14 applications, it got rid of almost all the film. I think after one or two more applications, I will have 100% of it off. Recently, I have tried leaving it on overnight and seem to be getting better results. Conclusion: it will likely fix your problem but you’re going to have to work at it.

It works but, you MUST buy the drill bit scrubbers with it to save your back!! LOL
I've tried it ALL in my shower! Home remedies, weird tricks, every cleaner on the market and nothing worked! I saw an ad for this stuff so, I bought it....even though I thought the price was a bit on the high side. When I got the order the seller had forgotten to add the drill scrubbers but, they sent them to me, Priority Mail as soon as I messaged them, with some free product so, I'm happy! Alright....You MUST follow the directions, to the letter, for this stuff to work....And WOW does it do what it promises- or your money back!!!!! We bought an old farmhouse....imagine the shower in this house then, double it. The glass was milky white with tarnished flaky white faucet and handle.(The scum was that bad) In the beginning, I thought it hadn't worked.....The first product looked like it didn't do a thing but, actually, it softens the scum so the 2nd product can do its magic! I used a drill and attached the big scrubber and went to town...it took some muscle but, when I was done you could read a book through the glass!!!!! The old shower, we thought we would be replacing, looks like its a brand new antique!!!!!! Wowzaaaaaa!!!! Ok? I have plenty left to use again but, it has been a month and the shower is still looking clean. I did a light cleaning just because it had been a month but, it wasn't dirty. Not a speck of shower film in sight. Listen....it takes some work to get this built-up film off your shower using this product....any product....but, once it's done you'll be smiling like a fool... like I was!!! Follow the directions all the way to the end, ok? Don't quit because the first product didn't visibly do anything. It did.....you just gotta follow thru to the end and the result will be golden! Remember: Order the scrubbers that work on your drill. Without those, I wouldn't have been able to do all the scrubbing. I'm 48 years old and have a bad back so, there's that. Also, on the really tight areas of my shower, I used a magic eraser and the polishing cream to get in the area where the metal met the glass....and an old toothbrush with the polishing cream for the creases and bolt areas. I wasn't able to find a product that didn't require scrubbing.....I don't think there is one out there. But, this is the only one that worked after all the effort. I'll tell you how good it looked......My baby brother lives with us when on break from college(He's 28 engineering major)......the first night he was here, he took a shower.... he came out saying, "I'm glad to see you guys got a new shower, that old one was nasty!" My hubby and I looked at each other and burst into laughter. Yeah, it looked THAT good. When we told him it was the old shower he was in complete denial. He thought we were pranking him(we do love to prank!) So, I broke out the video of us using this product...the before and after. He was amazed and so were we! Try it, scrub til you drop, and be amazed!! The stuff works and keeps it off once it's done!!! How it works: product #1 softens the scum and product #2 polishes the softened scum off and keeps it from forming again for a long while. That's it. Hope this helps! Good scrubbing and get ready to be amazed with the end result!!!!!! I know I was.....I'd been trying to get it off for 6 YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!! Worth EVERY PENNY and some.

Worked when nothing else would
I moved into a new home, in a newly constructed condominium building. And of course, that came with a shiny new shower cubicle door that was so transparent, it was hard to even see from certain angles. As usual, after the first 8-12 months of use, that shower cubicle door started to resemble a door you'd find at a swamp (yes, ogres use glass doors now).At first, I let all that hard water stain build up. The water in my area isn't *too* hard, so it took some time to become noticeable. One day, I decided to clean all that build up once and for all. How hard could it be? Spray some glass cleaner, wipe off, and it should be done. NOPE! Run-of-the-mill glass cleaner barely made a dent in the fortifications of the mineral empire that sat on my shower door. I also tried alcohol and water. I have learned over time that alcohol is one of those magic cleaning solutions that get rid of the toughest stains. I mixed some into water and gave that a shot. At first, it looked like it did the trick, but after it dried off, I couldn't see too much of a difference. I should have tried dish soap, but that didn't come to my mind, and I didn't.I had almost accepted that the stains were there to stay, especially after reading online somewhere that hard water can permanently damage glass. Then I stumbled upon this product.I used a reusable kitchen cloth with an ample amount of this stain remover on the entire glass. As directed, I tried rubbing it on dry, but later added water as that lathered up easier (behaved like soap, basically). It took some time and elbow grease, but the stain disappeared right in front of my eyes. After covering the whole glass door, I rinsed all the product properly and let it dry. 99% of the stains were gone. Down with the empire of hard water minerals! As a bonus, this formula feels and smells great. I didn't know what to expect, but it works and feels like soap and its fragrance resembles some kind of cold remedy. Not having tried dish soap and that Mr. Clean Magic Eraser (that I have also heard works), I highly recommend this product.
